After going on a graffiti tour of Toronto I have been pretty interested in street art and so decided to seek some out in my temporary place of residence. The suburb of Newtown was the place to go according to internet-buzz. Although there is a person who runs tours here, we decided to get a group together and tackle the streets on our own, this proved to be a blast.
We wandered aimlessly following our graffiti noses and found some pretty amazing pieces.
We were even lucky enough to catch an artist in action...

And I spelled my name out of graffiti letters!
My eyes were very happy after this afternoon of exploring!
